1. " Shower Sex ", is my take on the saying " Don't drop the soap. " I think a response to this could be, "Well, what if he wants to drop the soap?" I decided to take this scenario, and create a series of drawings, dedicated to it. I had fun, trying to draw a steamy shower scene. This piece is the first image, that introduces, purposely dropping the soap, to invite an exciting and pleasurable experience, between men.

2. " Shower Sex # 2 ", was quite different, at the time, for me to draw. I was unsure of how creating the image of a man, holding another, this way, would succeed, by the hand and skill of my own. But, the excitement and enthusiasm, motivated me to press on and try. I was satisfied with the outcome. It was even more satisfying, to see the feet turn out as they did. I added a third male in the drawing, because the idea, was that this scene took place in prison. And the portion of this male's body reveals him continuing to shower, which suggests a person being undistracted, because it is so common to him.

3. " Shower Sex # 3 ", is another angle being explored, of the same position. I wonder how different it would be, if drawn again? Sometimes, I redraw an older piece, and it surprisingly does not change as much as I thought it would. Many times, I find them rather inferior to the original, because something seems to be lost, like the first attempt at the possibilities of creating something, I have never done before. Even if it is technically better than the original. I usually remain fonder of my original versions.

4. " Hobo Willie ", is more interesting to me now, than it was at the time of its creation. I have been noticing, more homelessness in several areas, near and within my community, lately. And I wonder, how much of it has to do with mental health, alone. There is also addiction involved, from what I perceive to be " self medicating " with substances and alcohol. It is disturbing to see families on the street, with little children involved. It concerns me, to think about the affect this has on their mental health. And the impact it could have on their adult lives, continuously. My sister likes this piece, especially the rat.

5. " Oak Trunk # 2 " is a satisfactory execution, of another tree trunk.
